Our Process
01.
Timeline
Your gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks of your session at the maximum, with sneak peeks being delivered within 24-48 hours.
For weddings, your gallery will be delivered no later than 10 weeks from your wedding day, with sneak peeks being delivered within 24-48 hours of your day.
02.
Contract and Payment
Your contract and a 25% booking fee is due no later than 24 hours after you have booked your session. The remainder is due two days before.
03.
Planning and Session
As apart of your booking process a questionnaire will be sent to ensure I know the important details of why you have chosen to capture your memories. It’s important to be vulnerable and as open as possible to ensure that I don’t miss a thing and that neither of us walking away feeling we didn’t connect or that you didn’t capture something you really wanted to keep forever, tell me your story, record you and your loved ones answering the questions. Put time into it, it’s important. In the lead up to your session, two follow up and pre contact emails will be made. A reminder email with all the details of your session will be sent three days before.
04.
Galleries
Your gallery will be delivered within the timeframe provided and selection details will be included. This will then be delivered to you ready for download and can be shared to multiple emails.

How many pictures will we receive?
This is dependant on the package you choose, each tier has a selected amount of images ranging from 15 to the full gallery.
How should we dress for our family session?
Coordinate don’t match, and make sure you’re comfortable. If you’re not a flowy dress person, don’t wear the flowy dress. My editing style compliments earthy tones well. If you are stuck for outfit ideas, please reach out I’m more than happy to help.
What time will our session be held?
Your session will be held an hour before sunset unless otherwise discussed. So please don’t hesitate to ask to change your session time, if the afternoon doesn’t suit you and your loved ones.
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
Yes, it’s more than okay. I’m here to be your hype girl, your director and the person that makes you feel most comfortable. You will never regret capturing the special moments regardless of how you feel in front of the camera and I can lead your session with prompting to ensure you feel comfortable. Remember, it’s not about taking photos, it’s about making memories.
